The Gym Box Cornwall runs the best and most creative class timetable around. To guarantee your place on your favourite class, we operate both an online and a telephone booking system. Members and non members can book online from 7am the previous day, or call from 9am each morning to book into a class for that current day. Please always ensure you cancel your class booking no later than one hour in advance of the class start time if you are no longer able to attend and a minimum of 4 attendees must be booked on in order for a class to run. 
 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Boxercise
A boxing class focusing on your cardio fitness rather than the boxing technique. You will be put through boxing drills and conditioning to improve your overall fitness and stamina whilst burning calories.

Box Gym BODY-BURN
BODY-BURN classes are short, fast paced and high intensity workouts that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly BURN fat. Walk in.......crawl out!

Box Gym Powerbags

The Box Gym Power Bag class is a fantastic way to improve functional movement, core stability, aerobic fitness and overall strength and power. The class is done to a pumping soundtrack to keep you motivated and is a mixture of large compound movements using a range of powerbags from 5kg up to 25kg, whilst also utilising plyometric type exercises. This session will melt calories from your body.

Box Gym HIIT-FIT

The Box Gym Body HIIT-FIT class is a high intensity, total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout rolled into one class. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.

 

Metafit
This class is a high intensity workout completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat, it is designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. This is the class you can be sure to push your limits. It is suitable for everyone and you can adjust the exercises to suit your own capabilities. Walk in, crawl out.

Yoga

Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.

 

EVOLVE

Get fit fast and increase your muscular endurance as you lift, throw and twist equipment in this circuit based workout class. Sculpt and define your body using the low weight, high rep technique to the sound of pumping tunes. 

 

BREAK-POINT

BREAK-POINT is that moment. The flood of pain from lactic acid, followed by the acceptance, the positive affirmation and the focus that allows you to accept nothing less finishing the next set, the next rep and beating the clock. BREAK-POINT is a hard HIIT class with the intention of making you stop or pause so that you reach your BREAK-POINT. BREAK-POINT focuses on pushing your individual limits so that you can rev-up your results, burn more fat, build more strength and exceed your goals.

HIIT-CON

High Intensity Interval Training Conditioning (HIIT-CON) is a class for every level of fitness and focuses on increasing your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, alternating between weight training and cardio.
